SprintED is committed to protecting the personal data of its users and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), as detailed below.

Article 1 Personal data you provide through the SprintED platform will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of collecting questionnaire responses, selecting respondents based on specified qualifications, and developing the platform to support research.

Article 2 Your personal data will be stored securely and used only for the stated purposes. It will not be disclosed to any other person or organization except as required by law or with your consent.

Article 3 Your personal data will be collected and used for the following purposes:

• (1) To consider and select questionnaire participants who meet the specified qualifications.
• (2) To facilitate communication, questionnaire completion, and benefit entitlements from the service.
• (3) To compile a registry or database of respondent characteristics.

Article 4 You have the right to access, correct, update, suspend use of, or request deletion of your personal data as provided under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

Article 5 By using the SprintED platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data for the purposes stated above.

Article 1 Users confirm that the information provided during registration and use of the SprintED platform is accurate and truthful. If false information is later discovered, or if any rights of others are violated, the user shall bear sole responsibility for the consequences.

Article 2 When using the platform for research data collection, researchers must comply with human research ethics principles, as well as applicable laws and regulations of relevant authorities.

Article 3 Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the SprintED platform and acknowledge that the decisions or actions of the system administrator shall be final in any dispute regarding platform use.
